Honey BBQ Chicken Recipe

- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Preheat your pellet grill to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper.
- Place chicken thighs in a large resealable bag and pour the honey BBQ sauce mixture over top. Seal the bag and massage the chicken to coat evenly.
- Grill for 25-30 minutes, flipping once, or until cooked through.

Grilled Pork Loin with Peach Barbecue Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pork loin, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup peach barbecue sauce

- Preheat your pellet grill to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, and pepper. Rub the mixture all over the pork loin.
